THE PROCESS FOR OBTAINING YOUR
JADE TINY HOUSE:
Every project is different. If you are interested in our Tiny House, please contact us, either by email, filling out the general response form, or filling out the on-line cost estimate form. We will work with you to design a Tiny House that is just right for you.
Our process working together with you will look something like this:
- PRELIMINARY DESIGN, COST ESTIMATE: Fill out our preliminary Cost Estimate Form on-line and we will respond with an estimate for your project.
- APPROVAL, CONTRACT: We will work out the details with you to make sure we're building what you want!
- DESIGN: To suit your particular needs
- PERMITS: Some Tiny Houses may not require a permit. If a permit is necessary, JADE can provide permit services. The JADE Tiny House can be permitted as a Park Trailer, or as a dwelling.
- CONSTRUCTION: We build your Tiny House to order, with excellent craftsmanship, high quality materials and best practices for longevity and sustainable building.
- DELIVERY: JADE can deliver a Tiny House just about anywhere!
